Hoje decidi fazer um post para os amigos dos celíacos. Porque quando a gente descobre que vai ter que mudar o nosso tipo de alimentação, os amigos mais próximos também ficam cheios de dúvidas, sem saber onde marcar os programas da turma para não fazer a gente se sentir excluído ou nos deixar morrendo de vontade de comer alguma coisa que não podemos. Por que, né? Ninguém merece!
Então, resolvi indicar algumas opções de comidinhas para facilitar a vida dos dois lados envolvidos quando forem chamar alguém para sair ou pensar em um programinha que seja legal do começo ao fim!
Tapioca: ótima opção, está na moda e é fácil de achar. O cuidado tem de estar no recheio e no preparo. Mas um queijo sem glúten, tomatinho e orégano resolvem, e muito bem, a vida.
Frutas: podemos comer absolutamente TO-DAS as frutas. Tão fácil achar frutas por aí, né?
Bebidas: água, água de coco, suco natural. Bem tranquilo!
Lanchinhos: PI-PO-CA. Palavra mágica! Não tem erro, todo mundo gosta! É fácil de encontrar, é barato, fica pronto rapidinho, não exige habilidades culinárias. Claro que estou falando da pipoca pura. Se caramelizar, atenção! Milho cozido é outra opção: mata a fome e não é nada “polêmico”. Os biscoitos de polvilho também fazem sucesso, porque são uma delícia, práticos de levar para qualquer lugar (inclusive para a praia!) e, em geral, não contêm glúten. Pão de queijo para assar na hora, também é uma ótima opção quando comprados em embalagens que podemos confirmar se realmente não contém glúten.
Happy hour: sabe aquele petisquinho com cenoura, pepino e outros vegetais cortados em palitinhos? Então, são fáceis de fazer, de achar e são uma delícia. Outra dica: mix de castanha, amêndoa, nozes, uva-passa. Prontinho!
Boteco: sabe o que funciona bem? Aqueles bares de espetinho! São democráticos, cada um pega quantos quiser, na hora que quiser e do sabor que preferir. Carne ou frango grelhado, por exemplo. Ou aqueles mais “veggies”, como palmito e tomate seco.E você o que gostaria de comer com seus amigos?
